IN kicked off 2015 as the charity partner of this year's Cold Water Swimming Championships, with swimmers braving the cold to raise money for IN. The event is now over but you can still make a one-off donation.

The CWSC is the country’s coolest swimming event which sees competitors enter water as cold as 1°C and compete in traditional races as well as the opportunity to take part in relays as part of a team. The Tooting Bec Lido is the largest unheated freshwater pool in the UK and the event is a unique opportunity to join the country’s bravest sportsmen and women. The event is the perfect way to raise money and awareness of the vital role water plays in the everyday lives of people around the world.
